Oh! A party! And it’s for everyone. Everyone. You just have to take your ID, or ISIC and a bit of cash. 9pm there will be poetry and music, 10pm the party lifts off. It’s 3€ if you show up on time and 5€ after 11pm, to punish the fashionably late. Facebook (search ‘The Official Welcome Party for International Students’) says your friends are welcome, but the official website (http://www.international.hu-berlin.de/ins_ausland/welcome-party-bild-gross) says BYO liquids are not. Live act Di Grine Kusine (klezmer, balkan, brass) at Midnight and heaps more music besides!
